In the city of Cartagena, as elsewhere in the diocese of Cartagena, the four saints are the object of special devotion.

The image of the four holy is preferred instead of the main facade of the Cathedral of Murcia, seat of the diocese of Cartagena.
In 1755 the City of Cartagena Murcia commissioned the great sculptor Francisco Salzillo the size of four figures representing the four holy brethren. The size variation placed in a chapel of the old Cathedral of Cartagena and the old medieval city patron saint, the Virgen del Rosell. These four images are considered a masterpiece of English baroque sculpture.
Unlike most ecclesiastical heritage of the city of Cartagena which disappeared during the English civil war, thankfully, five sizes could be saved from the burning of convents and churches in 1936 and is now kept at the altar Church of Santa Maria de Gracia.
PRAYER "Adsumus"
San Isidoro de Sevilla

Here we are, Lord Holy Spirit.
Here we are, stymied by the inertia of sin, but gathered
especially in your name.
Come to us and stay with us.
deign to enter within.
Teach us what we do, where to
we walk,
and show us what we should practice
so that with your help, please you know everything. You know the only
inspiring and director of our decisions,
You, who alone with God the Father and His Son,
you have a glorious name, do not let that violates
justice
You who love the supreme equity:
that ignorance does not drag us to the mistake;
that we do not give favoritism;
we do not corrupt the meaning of persons or positions.
On the contrary, effectively unite us to Thee,
only with the gift of your grace,
to us one in you,
and nothing will deviate from the truth.
And, as we gather in Your Name, and also keep all
justice tempered by mercy
,
for today, our opinions in no way deviate from Ti,
and in the future, acting rightly,
get eternal rewards.
Amen.
